Our all-inclusive ticket allows guests to relax as they spend the day touring wedding venues, connecting with
in-demand vendors, and experiencing four unique wedding ceremony and reception designs.
Each venue on tour is perfectly styled and designed with the latest trends in florals and decor, strolling fashion shows, designer wedding gowns and menswear, custom wedding cakes, photographers, live music, entertainment, venue tours and so much more.
Who Should Attend?
We always say the more, the merrier! Bring the love of your life and don’t forget Your wedding party, BFF’S, parents and/or wedding planner. LGBTQ-FRIENDLY
Guests on the tour must be 18 or older to attend and 21 to sample the cocktails.
HERE IS AN EXAMPLE OF A TYPICAL TOUR:
• Up to 40 brides, grooms, and guests meet at a gorgeous wedding venue. You will be greeted on the Red Carpet, Register, and enjoy Cocktails and Light Hors d’oeuvres while you speak with wedding professionals. Our wedding professionals inclued photographers, wedding planners, DJs, invitation dealers and many more. You will get a full tour of the first venue, have questions answered, and enjoy plenty of surprises. Then you will board our limousine bus and receive a gift bag full of resources and gifts!
• You will visit several more unique venues during the tour. Each location will have wedding-related products and services displayed, planners and wedding professionals to discuss ideas, demonstrations, and, of course, you will tour each venue in turn. More refreshments, gifts, ideas, activities, and fun. Each venue and wedding professional will be waiting to impress you and talk to you about your event.
• Venues will offer a cocktails and refreshments, venue tours …plus activities like cake tastings and displays by top wedding professionals such as caterers, photographers, DJs, florists, bridal shops, travel specialists, wedding cakes, make up and hair services and so much more.
• There will be plenty of time to meet and discuss your particular needs. The tour will be filled with give-aways, food, drink and vendor expertise.
• The limo bus arrives back at the starting point at the conclusion of the tour. You had a great time with a friend or that special someone, and you saved weeks of calling, emailing, and shopping. What’s more, you avoided the overwhelming experience of a traditional bridal expo.
